3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback
- Supply all necessary assets and content
- Respond promptly to communication
- Make payments on time as outlined in the invoice or service agreement
Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and delivery.
4. Payments and Billing
- Pricing is based on the scope of the project.
- A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion or before final delivery.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has been substantially delivered.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables of the mobile application, including source code, design assets, and documentation.
- Abdelhafid Tech retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions and Changes
We offer a limited number of revisions based on your service package. Any revisions beyond the included scope may incur additional charges. Changes requested after the final delivery will be treated as a new task or project.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the project unless consent is given or required by law. We will not share your project details with third parties without your permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Abdelhafid Tech is not liable for:
- Losses or damages resulting from app use or technical issues
- Client misuse or alterations of the app after delivery
- Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination:
- The client is responsible for payment of work completed up to that point
- Abdelhafid Tech will provide any deliverables produced so far
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed
10. Third-Party Services
If your project requires integration with third-party platforms or tools, you are responsible for complying with their terms and licensing. Abdelhafid Tech is not responsible for any issues resulting from third-party service limitations or changes.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
